Tracy from Travel by Tracy wanted her brand to be bold, edgy, chic, and energetic. She was inspired by mid-century modern and a 60’s/70’s vibe, she wanted her typography and colors to reflect that.
For her brand colors, we went with a 70’s inspired palette with light blue, peach, tan, with a pop or orange that gave the palette some extra energy.
For her brand fonts, we went with a thicker serif to give it that modern, chic, and 70’s inspired feel.

Ever since Tracy Kirssin Hanes was a little girl, all she wanted to do is explore the world. Tracy used to obsess over the adventures of Indiana Jones (she even had the hat!) and beg her dad to show her his slides from his time sailing in the Navy. Even as a little kid, Tracy knew she wanted to see the world, just like him, and have the kind of adventures that would make her dad (and Indiana) proud.

In that time, Tracy visited over 25 countries, and as a Signature Travel Network Expert Select for the Hawaiian island — one of only 9 in the U.S.! — She has been to Hawaii more than a dozen times. Tracy’s work has taken her from a private water temple blessing ceremony in Bali to an underground cacao ceremony in a cave outside of Teotihuacan.
