THERE ARE 2 TYPES OF SUPPORT WE OFFER:
#1 : URGENT WEBSITE SUPPORT
Urgent support is for if your website is experiencing a major problem or is down for any reason.
We want to make sure we get this solved ASAP for you!
Before reaching out to us directly, make sure you’ve done the following to troubleshoot:
#1- Check that all plugins & themes are up-to-date in WordPress. If updates are available run them now.
#2- Clear the website’s cache from your WP dashboard. Clearing the cache ensures that browsers will do a fresh reload of the site if changes have occurred vs. loading old data which can cause a conflict. Go to your plugins page and look for the Hummingbird plugin. If its not activated then activate it – then go to the Hummingbird tab to fully clear your cache. After clearing the cache I prefer to keep the plugin disabled, so I advise going back and disabling it and only activating it when you need to clear it again.
