If you're a previous GBD client who needs website support or additional design work done...

THERE ARE 2 TYPES OF SUPPORT WE OFFER:

Urgent support is for if your website is experiencing a major problem or is down for any reason. We want to make sure we get this solved ASAP for you!

FOR SHOWIT WEBSITE CLIENTS:
Because your website is hosted by Showit they are responsible for keeping your website healthy and live. If for any reason your website is down most likely they know and are already working to solve it. You can get in touch with their emergency support at: showit.co/emergency

FOR WORDPRESS WEBSITE CLIENTS:
If your website is down the best option is to contact your hosting provider's support team (Siteground, Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc). Most likely they have a 24 hour support team so you will be able to get in touch with them ASAP whereas our team is not working 24/7 (sorry!).

If your website isn't completely down but experiencing a big glitch please 1st go through the trouble shooting steps below. If that does not fix the issue please reach out to us at rosie@girlbossdesigner.com with the word URGENT in the subject line. We'll get on it as soon as we can! Please be aware our team only is required to check email during the work week.

URGENT WEBSITE SUPPORT

WORDPRESS WEBSITE TROUBLE SHOOTING STEPS
If your website is live but experiencing some funky glitches, it could be related to outdated software or browser caching.

STEP 1- Go to your Wordpress dashboard and make sure all plugins and themes are up-to-date. Run the updates if there are any waiting.

STEP 2- Clear your website's cache. Depending on your hosting you might see something along the top bar for Clearing the cache. If not - go to the Plugins tab. Look for a plugin called Hummingbird and activate it. There should be now be a message asking if you want to clear your website's cache. Click that! If there is no Hummingbird plugin or this still doesn't fix the problem - please reach out to use at rosie@girlbossdesigner.com with the word URGENT in the subject line.
